Petty / Paring Knives
Smaller than the chef’s knives, these are suitable for detail work or prepping smaller cuts of meat and vegetables. With care, a good petty can also double up as a boning knife.
We have trial knives available in most of the options, so feel free to arrange a visit to handle them and choose the option that most suits you.
