The Stackhouse Knives range is top class and lived by many cooks. We will usually have a couple of these lovely little hammer finished 75mm paring knives from Shea Stackhouse.

Made from 52100 high carbon steel, the handle reclaimed Jarrah and the lining is blue G10 – the consistent theme is that they comfortable to use and with a little care, will be a delight in your kitchen.

Although very similar, no two of these knives will ever be the same - they are each individually hand made.
