The Futana S3 series is definitely one of my favourite stainless steel kitchen knives. Superb stainless Ginsan steel with a comfortable Cherry wood and Ebony Wa handle, they are one of the sharpest and best balanced stainless knives we have and are exceedingly good value for a knife of this quality.
