Stackhouse Cleaver Knife, 80CrV2 (HC) Steel, 187mm length, 63mm depth, total length 327mm. This knife is beautifully balanced and the hammer finish is quite stunning.
Note: this knife is great for fruit, veg, fish and meat but is not designed to cut bone….don’t do it.
