This is a stunning larger Food Platter by Sean Heseltine, based down in Hampden. This beautiful platter is made from a complex piece of Black Alder, edged with Rimu, with a blue resin running through the platter. The platter has undercut handles, practical to use without disturbing the beautiful serving surface. Finished using varnish on the wood and the wonderful and food friendly Axe Wax (also available on this website) on the epoxy resin.
