This is a stunning Gyuto from Nedfly Knives - Made from 1084 high carbon steel. The blade has been ground by hand and the knife is one good looking workhorse. The exquisite handle is a piece of stabilised and dyed Maple burl (shades of brown, green and gold), with Corian and brass spacers.
