Made by the renowned Masakane, this large Gyuto was produced sometime in the 1990's - real vintage new old stock. Nice Ebony wood handle and no bolster.

Please note - these are unused but vintage knives. Given their age and size, it is likely they will not be quite as true through the spine as a new, modern knife. That said, they are a beautiful and totally usable knife, especially at this price.
