Kogetsu Carbon Sujihiki 240mm Pakka Handle
This 240mm Sujihiki is an absolute cracker. Kogetsu is a collaboration between father and son, making these blades from scratch. Their approach is to seek absolute functionallity and each knife is carefully made with that goal. The result is unique knives with a rustic touch, each blade and handle having individual characteristics. I don't get many knives from Kogetsu so they don't tend to hang around long.
