Hitohira Togashi Kurouchi White #2 Kiritsuke Gyuto 240mm - Tagayasan handle
Crafted by the highly respected blacksmith Togashi San, from White #2 (Shirogami) high carbon steel with a soft iron cladding, this Gyuto has a great feel in hand with a high level of fit and finish. This is the bigger brother to the 210mm model that recently went onto the website and it really is a lovely form of the Kiritsuke Gyuto. It's very hard to get hold of knives like this from Togashi San and I don’t think it will be in the shop long.
