Crafted by the highly respected blacksmith Togashi San, from White #2 (Shirogami) high carbon steel with a soft iron cladding, this Bunka has a great look, feel in hand and a high level of fit and finish. This really is a great example of a Bunka - It's very hard to get hold of knives like this from Togashi San and I don’t think these will be in the shop long
